Individual Terms & Conditions

1. Internship Agency Limited is a legally registered company and AGENCY with vast knowledge and expertise in Media, Research and NOW academia – (Aiding students, researchers and volunteers) from different institutions /Universities to achieve and have practical field attachments in their respective fields.
2. Internship Agency Limited only deals with duly registered companies (Public and Private), None Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) under the laws of Uganda.
3. The only primary responsibility of the FIRST PARTY (Internship Agency Limited) is strictly to link students for internship placements and or employment opportunity to recent graduates. Nothing beyond the link. (Identify students and recent graduates looking for internship placements, work experience and or employment opportunity identify the available vacancies and link the two)
4. Keep track of student’s (Member’s) information and or data / performance for future reference and or recommendations to both the Institution/University and other stake holders.
5. Not to disclose any company information to any third party out of the agreed memorandum of understanding.
6. Internship Agency Limited is not LIABLE for any criminal and civil actions borne by any Member I.e. internee, researcher or volunteer while and or during internship, research and Volunteering with any company and or persons. (We shall provide the available information to the concerned party under the laws of Uganda).
7. Internship Agency Limited will organize internship workshops before, during or after internship and reserve all the rights of admission.
8. Keep Internship Agency Limited core values and confidentiality at all levels not to misuse Internship Agency Limited credentials anywhere by any person, media or internet sites without consent.
9. Allow Internship Agency Limited include your necessary company/students/member portfolio onto its websites and social media for information and or advertising purposes.
10. All students/members who learn about internship/Employment opportunities at any partnering organization must only get such placement through us.
11. Membership, subscription and MOU are mandatory for the partnership.
12. All interested students must subscribe for membership and register (25-90) days prior to internship for proper planning and placement. Internship Agency Limited will not be RELIABLE for late registration.
13. Membership of 20,000/= annually is mandatory to all persons willing or want to be part of the internship agency (none refundable and not a guarantee of placement).
14. All members are required to pay a service fee upon placement (Internees) and or 30% of the first month salary upon recruitment.
15. All payments should be made strictly in the bank, Mobile Money and or online. A system generated receipt / transaction ID will be provided. No cash will be accepted.
16. Only the said amount shall be paid to internship agency and only when it’s due. No advance payment is expected.
17. All our services are paid for. The Amount varies depending on the service offered and the organizations involved.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

There are three (3) Types of Internship Placements

• • 1. Paid Internship.
       This is where Interns are actually paid (remunerated) during Internship I.e. Salary, Transport,
       lunch allowances etc. The amount varies from one organization to the other.
    2. None paid Internship.
       This is where the Interns are not paid or remunerated during their time of Internship.
    3. Paid for Internship.
       This is where interns are required to pay for their Internship and the amount varies from one
       organization to the other.
    4. Recruitment.
       • Membership is Mandatory for everyone to access our services.
       • Internship Agency takes 30% of the first month salary upon recruitment as service fee.
         This applies to all persons that get recruitment through Internship Agency.

DECLARATION

All members who wish to get Internship Agency membership MUST declare that they have read and understood the stipulated terms and conditions and that; they will comply with them without fail.

That they fully understand that; the annual membership fee of 20,000/= (twenty thousand
shillings) is none refundable and neither a grantee for Internship Placement and or Employment opportunity as the Terms and conditions apply.

That they therefore wish to apply for Membership and give the Agency all the necessary
documentations to be considered for any Internship and or Employment opportunity
