Our client a leader in the business of fire management and rescue ( mitigation, fire fighting and rescue) seeks to recruit an energetic, self driven and business minded individual to lead their team as General Manager

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, improving efficiency and service delivery, business growth and development, managing collaboration with key partners and stakeholders and increasing revenue while managing team performance.

Requirements:
⁃ Degree in business or business related field. A masters degree in business or related field is an added advantage
⁃ At least 10 years relevant experience. Experience successfully running and growing a business / project is an added advantage
⁃ Demonstrable leadership qualities
⁃ A business minded and driven individual (entrepreneurial spirit)
⁃ Self driven, motivated and result oriented
